Customs Charges

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. It is accepted by you that LPP Online has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. LPP Online recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.

Non Delivery

In the event that a despatched item is delayed or assumed lost in transit we cannot offer to replace or refund until:
5 business days after dispatch if the item was sent via 'standard' and 'premium' post within UK.

Outside of the UK, Standard International deliveries are non-refundable as they cannot be insured or tracked. If an order is lost we will do what we can to help.

LPP Online shall have no liability to you unless you notify LPP Online within a total of 30 days of the date on which the goods were despatched to you.
If you notify a problem to LPP Online under this condition, LPP Online's only obligation will be, at its option, to make good any shortage or non-delivery; to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question to the original method of payment.

Collection at Events

If you select 'free delivery' to an event and fail to collect the item, you will need to arrange for redelivery at your expense, by contacting us via email. We cannot reimburse you for the item, once it has been delivered to the venue of your choosing.

 
Return Policy

Should you change your mind about your order, LPP operates a 'no questions asked' returns policy providing you return your book within 21 working days of the delivery of your order. This policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. A full refund will be given for the returned items (including original postage costs), providing they are in their original condition and accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or receipt. Any postage costs incurred when returning your items will be at your own cost.

eBook titles purchased cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once downloaded. If you experience technical difficulty in downloading or accessing a title, please contact us for assistance.

 

Security

The Luna Store checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption.
TLS (Transport Layer Security) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and secure. eGift Card Terms and Conditions
  1. eGift cards can only be used as full or part payment of goods on the Luna Press Publishing website. No change or refunds will be given where the sales transaction is for an amount less than the balance on the eGift card, but the balance may be applied to future purchases.

  2. This eGift card cannot be used outside of the Luna Press Publishing website nor can the eGift card and any eGift card balance be exchanged for cash or used as a deposit on a credit agreement.

  3. The purchase of the eGift card is non refundable. 

  4. If you misplace the email with the eGift card code, simply contact us and we will mail it to you again, provide the eGift card has not yet been used. 

  5. The eGift card is valid for 24 consecutive months from the moment of purchase. At the end of this period, if still unused, the eGift card validity will expire and no further purchases will be possibile using the code. As per point 3, no refund will be given. So make sure to use it, please!

  6. Luna Press Publishing reserves the right to add or amend these terms and conditions.

 

 

Privacy Policy and Lawful basis for processing personal data.

Luna Press Publishing Online recognises privacy of information. All information you give to LPP Online is stored securely and is not accessible to other users. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR, 2018). 1. Processing and Fulfilling Orders - The Lawful basis for processing is Legitimate Interest: you are requesting a service from us, and to carry this out certain personal information is necessary. Your order history will be stored on Wix as per Inland Revenue guidelines; the order history is also kept if you are enrolled into the Loyal Luna Loyalty Reward programme, so that we can contact you when it's time to redeem a reward.

2. Newsletter, Updates and Offers - The Lawful basis for processing is Consent: you have authorised us to keep in touch. We will keep your email address for as long as you choose to remain subscribed to our service.

 

When you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter, your email is stored with Wix.com Wix is a professional company which adheres to the highest security standards and GDPR.

We will e-mail you to keep you up to date with the Luna latest news and offers. We will also give you the opportunity to unsubscribe and you may do so at any time, as each email from us carries the "Unsubscribe" link on it.
